We accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours after your purchase and payment.
Since each item is custom-made, once production begins, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Due to the nature of handmade and custom-made products, these items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong product.
